Wedding in the land of the Godfather in Sicily

Alyssa and Robert had always dreamed of a romantic wedding in a land rich in history and charm. From America they chose to celebrate their religious wedding in a small pretty village almost halfway between Messina and Taormina: Savoca. It perched on a hill overlooking a landscape made of citrus groves, vineyards, olive groves and shady woods and extends to the Gulf of Taormina. The perfect location for a wonderful Italian style wedding.

Robert and Alyssa immediately fell in love with this village, its narrow streets and breathtaking views that can be admired from the many natural terraces that are located in the village.
They chose to get ready in a resort on one of the most beautiful and famous beaches of Sicily. After celebrating with prosecco and fruit juices Alyssa is finally ready. The bride has chosen a splendid Mermaid Wedding Dress that exalted its forms and made it glamorous.

Religious ceremony in the church of San Nicolò

As in Francis Ford Coppola’s film the groom and the bride have chosen to get married in the beautiful church of San Nicolò. The church is very famous too. It framed the wedding ceremony of young Corleone and his bride Apollonia. It will be simply amazing… a real wedding in the land of the Godfather!
The bride arrives in the small square of Savoca, in front of the famous Bar Vitelli, with an old white convertible excalibur.
The bride was excited to walk with her father and mother along the small road that leads from the square to the top of the church with a wonderful bouquet of white calla and red roses.
All the people of the small village and the many tourists present have admired Alyssa and Robert walking the small streets hand in hand in a romantic and timeless atmosphere.

Wedding reception in exclusive resort in front of Isola Bella – Taormina

For the reception Alyssa and Robert have chosen one of the most beautiful locations in Taormina. A resort that overlooks directly the Oriented Nature Reserve of Isola Bella.

Isola Bella is in fact a rock connected to the beach by a short and thin stretch of sand mixed with stones. Whether there is low or high tide you can safely walk, the difference lies only in the level of water, which can reach up to the knees. Once you get to the island you will officially enter what is the Oriented Nature Reserve of Isola Bella.

A crystal clear sea and waters that reflect the blue of the sky have been the backdrop to an elegant and sophisticated dinner.
An imperial table set up with dozens of red roses and gold candlesticks alternating with candles and red petals. This was the setting for the all-Sicilian dinner served on the panoramic terrace in front of the island Bella.

After wedding reception and cutting of wedding cake all the guests danced all night long under a splendid starry sky of Sicily.
